Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation notice is required to be received by the event coordinator of Archery Adventures in person or by phone at least 3 hours prior to the start time.  Failure to advise Archery Adventures of cancellation in adequate time will result in quoted price being charged in full.

• if cancelled by client less than 48 hours and more than 3 hours before the event start, the deposit booking fee will not be refunded.

• if cancelled by client 48 hours or more prior to the event start, the deposit/booking fee of 33% ($200 minimum) will be fully refunded

• if cancelled by Archery Adventures due to unsafe weather conditions, no charges will apply – Archery Adventures will run events in all but dangerous weather conditions.

Note Archery Adventures will have shelter from the weather (sun and rain) available to clients where required.
